Berry Melon Summer Slushie

Ice Ice baby! Cool down and kick back with this summer’s freshest hit – it’s super easy to make and even easier to drink!

Berry Slushie

SERVES 4 | 20 minutes


  • 4 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 3 cups frozen raspberries (or berries of choice)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3 fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
  • 3 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 small slices of watermelon & basil leaves for serving


Pour coconut water into a blender, followed by ice and remaining ingredients. Blitz on high until all ice is crushed and you have a slushie consistency (add more ice if the mixture is too liquid).

Pour into serving glasses, top with a slice of watermelon and a basil leaf. Add a fun straw and sip right away by the pool.
