Serving size and time
SERVES 4 | 20 minutes
- 4 cups watermelon, chopped
- 3 cups frozen raspberries (or berries of choice)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 3 fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
- 3 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 4 small slices of watermelon & basil leaves for serving
Pour coconut water into a blender, followed by ice and remaining ingredients. Blitz on high until all ice is crushed and you have a slushie consistency (add more ice if the mixture is too liquid).
Pour into serving glasses, top with a slice of watermelon and a basil leaf. Add a fun straw and sip right away by the pool.
