Poolwerx Classic Beef Sliders

Our class beef sliders are a huge crowd pleaser and will have your guests asking for seconds and thirds!

SERVING SIZE AND TIME

MAKES 8 | 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 free range egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil

To Serve

  • 8 slider buns, halved
  • lettuce
  • tomato, sliced
  • red onion, sliced
  • mustard
  • tomato sauce
  • mini pickles
  • toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, add ground beef, onion, egg, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well with hands until combined well. Add feta to the bowl and gently mix through. Shape the beef into 8 small patties. Add a little olive oil to the grill and cook each patty until brown and cooked through.

To serve, arrange lettuce on the base of the slider buns and top with a burger patty, tomato slice and onion. Add the bun top, followed by a pickle and secure with a toothpick. Serve alongside ketchup and mustard. These sliders are a great little appetizer or perfect for the kids!
