Based in Dallas and reporting directly to our Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and on-brand digital marketing content across all Poolwerx platforms. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping us establish thought leadership, convey our value proposition, and optimize our digital content & strategy in support of campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Create segmented social content for social media platforms including images, infographics, GIFs, and videos

  • Analyze, monitor, and report performance for social media channels to increase engagement

  • Write, source, and create SEO-friendly blog content & landing pages

  • Improve key digital marketing metrics for social media, email, and SEM

  • Assist with campaign execution by coordinating creative assets and deploying across various marketing channels

  • Create and schedule content calendar and library to maintain daily postings

  • Update and maintain a product database

  • Ensure Franchise partners maintain and adhere to our Poolwerx brand guidelines

  • Participate in Franchise Partner training for digital and social media marketing sessions

Successful Candidates Must Have:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Journalism preferred

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience of developing content and managing social media platforms

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, video editing, and WordPress

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Well-honed business acumen with an ability to analyze sales and marketing reports

  • Advanced reporting and presentation skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail

  • A positive and resilient attitude 

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and the ability and desire to take initiative

  • Previous franchising or service industry experience is highly desirable
