We have been a client of Poolwerx (aka MEH Pool Services) for over 15 years. I was new to pool ownership and had lots of questions. Everyone I met or interacted with, from the owner (Mark), Head Technician (also Mark), pool techs and office personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. Communication is GREAT! A few years ago, MEH and Poolwerx merged. I am happy to say that nothing has changed on our end. Although the company is much bigger (Congratulations!), we are treated like family and are still working with many of the same employees for all these years. Our pool maintenance tech, Devon Miller, has been with the us and the Poolwerx family for many years. He was recently honored by the company and given a promotion to run the Poolwerx store at Scottsdale and Thunderbird roads. Devon is highly valued.
