After many years of service from another company, when I really needed immediate help I was told that it would be about 3 weeks before they could come see me ! As my problem was urgent I decided to check out other companies near me. Upon contacting Poolwerx, the staff were so friendly and said that they would get a technician within the hour. The technician called Andrew arrived at my home, assessed and solved the problem in about 30 minutes. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything to me! I was so impressed with the way I was treated by him ( and the ladies at his office ) that I decided to enter into a service agreement for Poolwerx to maintain my pool for my wife and I. I’m very impressed with the way they treat customers and look forward to many years of service!
