Poolwerx is great! They are always timely and have kept our pool sparkling for about a year now. We had serious algae heading into spring last year and our chlorinator was not functioning properly - Marion helped to troubleshoot the chlorinator issue and has kept our pool green-free ever since!

My experience with Poolwerx West Charlotte was great. I called and left a voicemail asking about a repair. I received a return call from JD within the hour. We spoke about my need and went ahead and got on the schedule. The technician came out on the date scheduled, looked over the situation and said he would return the following day with the parts, which he did. They got my repair completed accurately and in a timely manner which is almost unheard of these days. JD and Marion were both extremely polite, friendly, helpful. What a wonderful, encouraging experience. The experience was so good that I am going to work with them on my pool servicing. Keep up the good work guys!
