I couldn’t get the chemicals right in my pool for nothing came to Poolwerx and was able to get my pool tested and was told exactly what I needed and was able to buy it there in the store!! I went home and did what I was told and now my pool is sparkling clear so I brought another sample back and I’m spot on!!! Thank you everyone who works here, especially Ashley for all of your help!!
I absolutely loved my experience at Poolwerx in Stillwater! I came in looking for shock because my above ground pool had turned totally dark green and slimy. The staff not only directed me to my item, but took the time to tell me what other chemicals I would need and exactly what I would need to do to get my pool clear again. I was super impressed at them taking the time to walk me through the steps, and even more impressed that they didn’t try to oversell me or send me home with a whole bunch of unnecessary chemicals. Thank you Poolwerx for being so friendly and patient with me ! My pool is already crystal clear ! I will continue to shop with y’all for all my pool needs from now on! Thanks again !!
