Garrett, the owner of Poolwerx answered my phone call at 8 AM on a Sunday. We had 5 to 7 inches of snow in the ground and freezing temperatures So he could not come out personally, but stayed on the phone and walked me through how to drain the heater, filter and pump so that we would not have more expensive damage to the pool. He was great and I highly recommend you call him for any pool needs.

Our pool pump failed in the middle of the night last night. I called this Sunday morning in the middle of a snow storm and the owner Garrett answered. That says a lot. He put me at ease during what was a crisis for me. Walked me through things I could do to try to prevent further damage until the storm is over. I was so lost as far as what to do. I am so thankful for him and look forward to using him for this repair and any future repairs.
