Out of all the guys that have come out to service over the years, Jace hands down is the best. Not only is he knowledgeable, he has great customer service and you can tell he enjoys his job. I've had issues with new my pool heater shutting down when trying to heat my spa. Several people have evaluated the issue and could not determine the source of the problem. I called Steve at Poolwerx and he had Brik over to assess the situation. He spent several hours running the system and he concluded that I didn't have enough jets based on the size of the openings on each of them to allow proper water circulation . He expanded jet openings with a drill and resolved the problem! He mentioned he's only seen this once before in the past 8 years. Brik was extremely professional and a great conversationalist - I truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. I'd highly recommend him and Poolwerx who also diligently service my pool on a weekly basis.
