Poolwerx Prosper isn’t just our business; it’s our mission to raise the bar on pool and spa care with honesty, reliability, and work done right. I’m Joshua DeLeon. After years in roofing, reconstruction, and personal protection, I wanted to create something lasting—something I could master. My father, Edward DeLeon, and I are Marine Corps veterans, shaped by discipline, structure, and no shortcuts. He also served 35 years as a police officer, showing me true commitment to community. My mother, Renee, a former gymnastics coach and real estate agent, taught us to hustle, lead with heart, and always show up for people.

We’re not here to get rich off backyard cleanups—we’re here to give Prosper better. No patch jobs, no ghosted appointments—just real solutions so families can enjoy their pools without stress. My fiancée, Sabryna Schau, an ICU nurse, helps run the operation with the same focus and care she brings to her patients. This is a family effort, rooted in values we’re proud to uphold.
