This place is amazing! There is no other place in northern Utah that is as big of help as poolwerx. They helped me day after day get my hot tub water figured out. They ran samples of my hot tub water and slowly we got it back on track. If I could give this business a 10 star rating I would.

Had a pool emergency (dirty and bugs) right before a kids pool party and dropped by North Ogden Location. Stephanie was super knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed to get my pool in shape by next day. She even offered to stay open later if I was running behind. It's rare to see this type of customer service these days. Thanks
