In sequence, I had dealt with two different “reputable” spa “technicians” in Southern Utah trying to resolve what started as a simple leaking heater replacement. However that simple heater project became a nightmare—because each tech proved to be inept at integrating my new spa heater with my “old school” pneumatic, spa-side, control system. Thoroughly discouraged after 9 months of no spa use & several botched repair attempts, I contacted Jace at PoolWerx, finally, hoping for a legitimate solution. He researched and proposed a “smart pump” to update and integrate my spa controls with the new heater. Per manufacturer specs the smart pump would reduce gas & electric consumption—paying for itself in two years—while providing potentially 10 years of “set it & forget it” service. Jace’s proposal made sense to me so he & his several PoolWerkz associates from SLC installed the smart pump ASAP in a truly “professional grade” manner—(after removing their predecessors’ questionable/illegal wiring, control panel, etc). The added bonus: I now control my spa from wherever via my smartphone! I’d recommend contacting Jace at Southern Utah’s PoolWerx. He’s the “real deal”!!

Highly recommend!!!! We have used several different pool companies the last few years and have been so frustrated with them (from broken equipment happening over and over again to their lack of understanding on pool care, doing their weekly pool check taking 30 seconds but telling us they tested the chemicals and cleaned the pool -we have camera's that caught the dishonesty) it is so refreshing to finally have a company that is honest about pool care plus does an excellent job. Not only is our pool cleaner but the water is pristine. Our pool hasn’t looked this good since my husband stopped maintaining it a few years ago. Can not say enough good about this company. Highly recommend!

You can't do any better than Poolwerx and Jace and his guys. They do a fantastic job at very reasonable price. If you have a pool needing help I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
