Our Healthy Pool Plan looks beyond the surface to evaluate how your pool is functioning in key areas:
Filtration & Circulation: We review how well your pump and filter are performing and if they need servicing or upgrades.
Sanitisation & Equipment: We check systems like chlorinators and pool cleaners to ensure everything is working efficiently.
Pool Structure & Interior: Includes a visual check of the pool surface, tiles, coping, and surrounds for signs of wear, cracks or other issues.
Safety & Compliance: Basic safety features like gate latching and CPR signage are reviewed to support pool safety standards.
Maintenance Accessories: We check tools like nets, poles, and covers to ensure you're well equipped for DIY upkeep.
Wellness Systems: We assess sanitation, automation, and mineral systems - where necessary, to ensure optimal pool care and identify areas for improvement.

Healthy Pool Plan – Terms & Conditions 2025
Poolwerx USA, Inc. Promotion

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion is known as the “Winter Healthy Pool Plan Promotion” (“Promotion”).
The Promotion provides eligible clients with Healthy Pool Plan incentives, seasonal offers, and/or applicable discounts as advertised at participating Poolwerx locations during the Promotional Period.
Offers and benefits under this Promotion may vary by location depending on product availability, supplier programs, locally promoted PiP offers, and franchise participation.
Offers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated and allowed at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 12:01 AM CST on November 2, 2025 through 11:59 PM CST on February 28, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), unless extended or terminated earlier at Poolwerx’s discretion.
Dates may vary slightly by franchise location depending on climate and regional operating conditions.
3. Eligibility
To participate, individuals must:
Be 18 years of age or older,
Be a legal resident of the United States,
Book or purchase a Healthy Pool Plan or other qualifying winter service during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion applies only at participating U.S. Poolwerx franchise locations. Not all locations are required to participate.
4. Healthy Pool Plan Conditions
(Based on the Healthy Pool Plan program and training materials)
The Healthy Pool Plan (“Plan”) is a structured, winter-focused pool inspection and seasonal assessment tool. It includes a full diagnostic review of:
Water quality (testing performed separately)
Equipment performance
Pool condition
Maintenance considerations
Safety-related observations
The published retail price of the Healthy Pool Plan is $149. Franchise locations may offer:
promotional pricing,
bundled discounts, or
Plan-credit-toward-purchase incentives.
The Plan must be pre-booked. It is not included automatically with weekly or monthly service unless explicitly stated by the participating location.
The Plan is performed by a trained Poolwerx technician using approved Poolwerx inspection processes, the Healthy Pool Plan app, and required documentation standards.
The Plan is NOT:
a structural inspection,
a code-compliance inspection,
a safety certification,
a warranty or guarantee of future performance,
or a binding quote.
A full water test is required to accompany the Plan. Water test results may be provided separately.
The final Plan is delivered as a PDF report via email. Poolwerx technicians may follow up with recommendations or quotes for suggested repairs, upgrades, or maintenance.
Participating franchise locations reserve the right to decline service where access is unsafe or conditions prevent completion of the Plan
5. Winter Offers & Discounts
Winter Offers may include:
discounts on filters, pumps, heaters, sanitizers, or robotic cleaners,
labor discounts,
“credit back” of the Healthy Pool Plan fee when the customer proceeds with approved work,
special mineral or wellness system promotions,
heater tune-ups, equipment replacements, or repair services.
Any discount level, availability, bundled service, or promotional price is location-specific and may vary based on inventory, regional supplier programs, and technician availability.
Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated by the participating Poolwerx location.
All offers are subject to product availability, shipping delays, weather limitations, and technician scheduling constraints.
6. Service Conditions
Booking times are subject to weather, equipment accessibility, technician availability, and safe working conditions.
Excessively green, contaminated, or neglected pools may require additional labor or cleanup before a Plan can be completed. Additional fees may apply.
The Plan is intended for residential-style pools only.
7. Use of Client Information
By participating, the client authorizes Poolwerx and its franchisees to collect and use personal information for:
completing the Healthy Pool Plan,
scheduling and service communication,
emailing the Plan report,
follow-up recommendations or quotes,
marketing, promotional, and educational communications.
Client information will be handled consistent with Poolwerx USA’s Privacy Policy:

8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, each client agrees that Poolwerx USA, its franchisees, and their employees are not liable for:
delays, cancellations, or rescheduling;
weather-related impacts;
unforeseen repair needs;
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot be waived under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
9. Modification or Termination
Poolwerx USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to weather, supply issues, operational needs, or other factors.
Any changes will apply only prospectively unless required by law.
10. General
Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All decisions by Poolwerx USA or participating franchisees regarding eligibility, pricing, availability, and interpretation of these Terms are final.

Any recommendations provided in the Healthy Pool Plan are based on the technician’s observations at the time of service and are not binding quotes or guarantees. Poolwerx is not responsible for delays, unforeseen repair needs, equipment failures, or changes in pool condition after the inspection.
Participation in the Winter Healthy Pool Plan Promotion does not create any warranty beyond those required by law. All services are provided “as is,” and Poolwerx disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law.
