I gave this company 1 star because I had to. At Roberts suggestion I drained my above ground pool as it would be the easiest way to make repairs, clean the pool and treat with chemicals after we re filled it. Robert was a no call no show. Me and my husband have health issues which is why I contacted Poolwerx to begin with. Now I am left with trying find someone who can help me. I would not recommend Poolwerx! UPDATE: Robert did reach out and was willing to go ahead with repairs and cleaning of our pool. Admittedly I was hesitant to move forward, but so thankful I did! This was no easy undertaking, but I could not be more pleased with the outcome! I would not hesitate to call on Poolwerx and specifically Robert for my pool care needs therefore changing from 1 star to 5 stars. Great job and fairly priced... Thank you Robert!!!!
