Brian and Kristin Phillips are proud Franchise Partners serving the Southshore, Parrish, and Riverview and Fishhawk communities with Poolwerx.

Brian is a Tampa native, while Kristin grew up in Ohio. After years spent building successful corporate careers and living in several different places, they returned to the Southshore area in 2011 to raise their three children and put down roots in the community they love.

Water and outdoor living have always been a big part of their family’s life. Kristin was a lifeguard throughout high school and college, maintained large commercial pools, and competed in collegiate swimming at two universities. Today, the Phillips family enjoys boating, RV adventures, and cheering on their kids in competitive soccer and skimboarding.

Following more than 25 years in the corporate world and eight years running their own logistics business, Brian and Kristin were inspired to join Poolwerx after experiencing the welcoming culture and strong support from the team in Dallas. They recognized a growing need in the community for trusted pool retail, dependable service, and professional repairs—and knew they could make a difference.

Their mission is simple: provide exceptional pool and spa service, maintenance, and repairs while building lasting relationships with local families. They believe backyards should be a place for relaxation, fun, and making memories—not worrying about pool care. Brian and Kristin are committed to helping homeowners enjoy their pools with confidence all year long.
