Poolwerx…If only I were able I’d give 10 stars. Starting with the owner Neil. He is the very definition of what customer service is and should be. Neil’s entire staff shows that same quality. We knew nothing about swimming pools and ours was in pretty bad shape. He turned our semi green 40 year old pool into something beautiful! It took a lot of work and they patiently dealt with all my phone calls and worries. We signed up for Pool school with them and Neil spent several hours teaching us how to properly care for our pool it was a blessing. My weekly visits to have my water checked were always informative I always left learning something I should or shouldn’t be doing Tara who is the Manager is simply amazing I honestly can’t say enough nice this about her, she’s a gem. Brandon, Nick, Daryl and the rest of the crew Thank you to for your kindness and always going the extra mile helping us get our pool where it needed to be. Poolwerx is a great company but most importantly an awesome team who TRULY cares. Thank you , Marci & Larry

We just finished our new gunite pool, and the team at Poolwerx has been incredible from the start! They helped get everything balanced and running perfectly, and now they keep it sparkling clean week after week. They didn’t just show up to do the job — they took the time to explain how everything works and even taught me a few things along the way. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and great communication. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pool taken care of the right way!

I’m very happy with Brandon and Devin who came out to help me with my pool. My problem is that after 4 visits it is still green and on the 4th visit they scooped up remaining algae and pine needles. I know that the filter needs to be replaced but I was told to wait until all the algae is gone. I understand that, but I feel the operating system is clogged up causing problems. Feeling disappointed. Today Neil came to my house and answered a lot of questions and concerns. It was very important to him to help me and he worked on my pool and added chemicals. He did not charge me for this service. I find this to be superior customer service and Neil surly delivered. I wish this company much continued success for they deserve it by observing all the care I received from poolwerx today. Thank you so much!
