My experience was EXCELLENT! Crystal got me a quote for a new motor and pump quickly, answered my questions when I texted her and then answered more when I stopped by to place my order. Trent contacted me the day before he was to come out and let me know when to expect him. Trent was very nice, courteous and showed me a few things about my pool setup that I wasn’t quite sure about. He installed the new pump and motor, reset the timers for me and showed me a few things about the new equipment. Trent is a great representative for Poolwerx! This is just my second year of having a pool and Poolwerx is where I go regularly to get my water tested and buy any chemicals I may need, everyone at Poolwerx has been great! Thanks, Crystal and Trent for a great experience!!!

I can not recommend Poolwerxs enough. I think their customer service is unmatched. Any time I have a question or a concern, they go above and beyond to help. The manager, Crystal, checked with me on a problem I had over the weekend, not once, but twice. They’re not even open on Sunday and they have limited hours on Saturday. This same level of treatment has been extended to us over the last 3 years- too many times. We moved here from Colorado and had no idea what to do with a pool. Poolwerx (Crystal most of the time) has helped every step of the way. And everyone we have worked with along the way has shown the same level of professionalism and courtesy. I would never go anywhere else for my pool needs. We buy all our products there and even if we didn’t, I still think they would be just as helpful and professional if I came in with a problem or a question. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! And Crystal, she deserves a raise!

I can’t give Poolwerx enough Kudos! Trent was timely, professional and thorough. I’d give Poolwerx 10 stars if I could . He not only fixed my pump in short order but he also saved me a ton of money with his honesty. He saw a leak at the top of the pump and repaired it without being told to. What a joy to find a competent honest pool company……just sterling!

I recently visited Poolwerx and was thoroughly impressed with the experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find exactly what I needed for my pool. The store was well-stocked with a wide variety of products, from chemicals to pool accessories, all at competitive prices. I also appreciated the clean and organized layout, which made shopping a breeze. I'll definitely be returning for all my pool needs. Highly recommend!
