I contacted Poolwerx about doing an acid wash on my pool. I explained that I had already done the acid wash but was concerned it wasn't good enough due to the water having a green tint. Mike ran me through a quick process that I need to do first and give the water a few days. He was right! He even reached back out to to get an update from me on how the water was looking. He didn't have to do any of this and could have simply charged me for an unnecessary acid wash.

Mike and the team are great. They helped get my pool up and running after a replaster while I was gone for 2 days. They also fixed several big issues I had going on after getting everything up and going. Great communication skills, great work, and fair prices. So good, they now take care of my pool every week.

This store is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable & professiomal. We needed a new pool cleaner & went to investigate options. Ours was a dedicated pump type. There are so many other options now!!! After learning about the remote control electric pool cleaner the very patient employee explain to me all the differences in the pump Style versus the remote Style there was even one that's rechargeable I became interested in the robot one after looking at them and learning more about them then the employee told me that they have a try before you buy program where I can take it home and use it in my pool to see if I like it I was so intrigued that I said yes I would like to do that and when I walked in that store I had no inkling that I was going to maybe look at a robot. it was quite easy to set up hooked it up to the Internet downloaded the app and away it went it works fantastic our pool is totally cleaner all I have to do is use my remote and put it to work so I don't have to have it hanging out in the pool or sitting up next to the pool it has its own stand and I just love it but mostly I love the store for helping me make an informed decision on what I was getting why I was getting it and the difference in benefits and costs thank you pool works I love my robot! In addition by purchasing my robot through this store I got an extra year of warranty added on in addition I got $100 rebate pretty sweet deal we now own our very own robot we took the loner one back to them so other people can try it out as well great service great selection and really good people to work with

We had a great experience with Poolwerx yesterday. After struggling with pool issues for 2 days we called Poolwerx and unbelievably Mike, the owner, called a came out on Saturday evening @ 7:30. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It’s so refreshing to find that work ethic these days. We will be long-term customers from now on. We highly recommend Poolwerx Conroe.
