Meet The Owners
Brian and Kristin Phillips are proud to serve the Southshore, Riverview, Fishhawk, and Parrish communities as Franchise Partners with Poolwerx.
Brian was born and raised in Tampa, while Kristin grew up in Ohio. After years of corporate leadership roles and living in several cities across the country, they returned to the Southshore area in 2011 to raise their three children in the community they proudly call home.
A passion for water, family, and outdoor living has always been central to their lives. Kristin worked as a lifeguard throughout high school and college, earned certifications in large pool maintenance, and competed in collegiate swimming at two universities. Today, the Phillips family spends their free time boating, traveling in their RV, and supporting their children in competitive soccer and skimboarding.
After more than 25 years in the corporate world and eight years as business owners in the logistics industry, Brian and Kristin were drawn to Poolwerx because of the company’s strong culture, supportive leadership, and commitment to customer care. They saw an opportunity to bring trusted pool service, professional repairs, and quality retail support to an area with growing demand.
Their goal is to provide dependable pool and spa maintenance, repairs, and customer service while creating long-term relationships with the families they serve.
