I've been so happy with the service I've gotten here. My robotic cleaner stopped working, and I was really at a loss.I went to the store and asked Adam about what I should do as it was still under warranty, but I didn't have a clue where or what I needed to do to repair or replace my cleaner. I tell you what I'm so glad I did because Adam got all of my information, filed the warranty claim for me, kept me in the loop with where the claim was and notified me as soon as he had the parts. I was already really thankful, but the same day he got the parts he also had my cleaner repaired and I was able to come pick it up that same day. The cleaner works great and Adam was so good about communicating with me the whole time. This place is the real deal! Thank you so much Adam.

I was having my pool serviced by another local company and the care they took of my pool was declining rapidly. So, I fired them and decided to try to do more of it myself. I have waited for a while to write this review so that it would be a more tenured honest account of my experience. Through my research I luckily found Poolwerx. I called the store in Bartonville/Lantana and Adam answered. From our first conversation, Adam was overtly honest, transparent and helpful. He has remained that way. As a previous senior manager and owner of retail businesses I even thought maybe too open and honest. That was until I met Frank, the owner. Then I knew that Frank had the perfect employee to share his vision and passion for customer service in an industry sorely in need of it. It would be too long of an epistle to share all of the details of the beyond expectation customer service that I have received from Adam, Frank and the whole team at Poolwerx. Just a short blurb is that I had a problem with my equipment prior to having a bunch of people over for my son's birthday party. They both continued to work with me after business hours and even came to my house twice when the business was not even open. WHO DOES THAT!!! They have and continue to educate me about my chemicals and my equipment. When I was in business, I tried to do business (both buying and selling) with true business partners, not just vendors and customers. Poolwerx epitomizes True Business Partner!

Adam was very helpful and set me up with everything I needed to get my pool in shape. I've had some issues with with algae and after I got on Blueray XL it has been a non issue. Not only that, but he told me about a special treatment they do that would make it even easier to deal with. I didn't even know they had a service team until he brought it up.

I just have to give a big shout-out to Anthony and the entire team at Poolwerx Lantana! As a pool owner, I’ve used several companies over the years, but none compare to the service I’ve received here. They are incredibly friendly, customer-focused, and always go the extra mile for my family. Their service is fast, reliable, and you can tell they’re committed to keeping our pool in top shape. Anthony, in particular, has been amazing—always making sure everything is perfect, so I don’t have to worry about a thing. I can honestly say that Poolwerx is the best pool company I’ve ever worked with. Thank you, Anthony, for all you do!

We have bern using them last year or so and I am extremely impressed - Anthony always answers his phone and even in the midst of the ice storm - owner coming out to Check on us as our motor is going out - hands down excellent customer service- would highly recommend
