Shop 'Local' - honest, helpful, not just looking to make a $$! Competitive prices and they won't sell you stuff you don't need like Leslie's does nor orvercharge you like, Claffey's. I've been coming here consistently for 8 years (previously Alpha pools) because these folks are 100% straightforward. I like to do as much pool maintenance and repair myself and they don't hesitate to help me Every time I come in. If they don't have the part on hand they will tell me what to order so I can get my system up and running quickest. Recently, they have helped me replace a motor and install all the parts. I brought in a buddy's pump with a stubborn impeller and they brought it to the back bench and helped me remove it, no charge! I didn't bother to shop around when I needed to update my whole system about a year after the freeze. I knew Poolwerx were honest and reliable. I had a controller, pump, and new heater installed. Communication was great, the install was professional and they even came back to help tune up the settings. Just wanted to pass on a compliment on Dylan. He was very thorough yesterday in determining what repair work I needed and was super helpful answering the questions I had on my equipment setup as it was a bit different than my past pools. And today he completed the repair work and all appears to be operating fine.
