I'm in from California and I came to visit a friend while I was there. I noticed that his pool cleaner wasn't working while we were outside talking. I pulled it out of the pool. Found out that it needed a little bearing on the wheel and took it apart. Found this local pool works and stepped inside to highly professional technical guy and receptionist. I handed him the parts. The pieces of the parts you rent right in the back picked out the correct part gave it to me and I was on my way. This place is fully stocked. They're highly professional and they're knowledgeable about all things pools. I highly recommend this place for all your pool needs.

In anticipation of the freezing weather, I had Frank come out and walk me through my pool equipment and what to do if I had to do an emergency dewinterization. He helped me understand exactly what to do and even recorded a video so I could have the instructions for when I needed them. He also walked me through a number of tips to improve my pool's operation. It was outstanding and I feel much more confident about taking care of my pool. Frank was great and the folks at his Roanoke store are always super helpful and very pleasant.

Stopped in today (7/2) to get some advice on starting up a new pool. Frank was great and spent about an hour going over things to do, things to watch out for and offered a free pool school once the pool is finished and the builder finishes their startup. Very friendly and helpful!!!
